E621 net

E621 anime, zootopia, pokemon, mlp. porn is often decadent. Pregnancy porn, mutilation porn, fat porn... They are all fucking weird. Well, fucking weird, that's true, but then there are furries. Furries hold a special place in my heart because they are the only major fetish that leaves humans. And what is truly amazing is how fucking popular this shit is among humans.
It's Disney's fault, brainwashing kids from an early age into making faces out of animals that walk and talk. Those sick fucks knew what they were doing when they made "Beauty and the Beast". Anyway...
Speaking of E621, there's the popular Danboru-style image board, which is dedicated to furries. The Danboru-style image boards all have similar templates to allow users to easily upload content while searching for images by keywords. Danboru" is the name of the original famous site that used this template.
The nice thing about this type of bulletin board is that once you learn how to use it, you can check out many other "Danboru" style AV sites and easily manipulate them. This template has become extremely popular over the years since its creation in the mid-2000s and continues to exist today.
For a little history, this site was replaced in 2007 by a similar forum called Sidechan. e621.net has a sister site called e926, which is basically e621 minus the porn (for some reason).
A solid Danboru site
The layout of e621 is a standard Danbooru setup. The top page only has a Google-like search bar. You should know that this place is all about keywords, as you are not given sample photos or even categories to browse. Keywords are the best system the geeks have come up with to quickly browse the vast amount of content.
There is also a really small menu with links to login, posts, comments, tags, wikis, and forums.
Searching brings up the usual layout of galleries on the right and search/keywords on the left. e621 also has a trending tags toolbar here, so you can have fun chatting with other fur lovers from around the world.
There is more to this site than we have time to cover; the Wiki provides important articles on how it works and how to be a good contributor. There is always a need to know a little technical stuff when using a site like this.
Also, the board has a huge community and there is a chat room as well as a forum to get to know fellow fur freaks. I haven't logged in, so I haven't checked out the chat rooms, but I'm sure they are very healthy and not decadent.
It is also worth mentioning that the site features a variety of furry artists on its own posting board. You can easily navigate through all the posts with the artist's name and a photo of that artist. This is super helpful because the site is full of fox-masked, tail-wearing freaks obsessed with cartoons of animals with big cocks and big tits.
The amount of content itself is probably unrivaled on the Internet in the furry world. The site also has a lot of animations, which are really funny and of surprisingly high quality.
The best one I saw was a 3D animation of a rotten horse with a 2-foot cock threatening another rotten horse handcuffed to a chair. I spent two years in a community college digital art class to make something like this.
What we don't like.
There is always a learning curve with these types of image boards, not only in how to use the site, but also in getting used to the culture. This is why many people may find it frustrating or uncomfortable at first and don't stick around for long. This Danbooru-board was set up to be much more user-friendly than others I have seen, but newcomers may find it confusing.
Also, I didn't see any actual videos, but I guess this platform doesn't allow anything but webms and gifs. This is standard on image forums, but to me, porn without video is not porn. Since we have the technology, let's use it.
As for the placement of ads, I can't hate on this board, just note that the ads are scattered all over the place. Also, all the ads are for weird furry shit, which is hilarious shit.
How do you say "more categories" in Wolfspeak?
There is a large category called popularity, but not ratings. Maybe this site should implement more broad categories to browse through. One thing that stands out in particular is that all the keywords in the toolbar on the main site are "trending tags", whereas on other Danbooru sites I have seen, the links are much more varied and interesting.
The problem with this is that it is difficult to browse and discover new content. If you are searching by keyword, you only know the keywords you know. If you search by trending tags, you know nothing about whether it is good or not. It only means that it is trending at that moment, which doesn't mean much.
I also think we should find a way to eliminate advertising. I think these communities support each other insanely through donations, don't they? I have seen furry pornographers getting paid like doctors on Patreon. Less advertising is always a good thing.
The funny thing about my suggestion is that e621 and Danbooru users would probably scoff at it. And honestly, I agree with that. This site, like 4chan, is the type of site where users get excited about their "exclusivity" and "culture". I acknowledge all that. But I'm here to review the site, so screw it.
It's all Disney's fault.
e621 is a solid Danbooru clone in terms of navigation, speed and layout. There are ads, and they are furry-related and annoying, but they are tastefully placed and never excessive.
Anyway, what's your point, Eith?
