The design is what you would expect from a forum. White and blue. A tried and true theme that almost every forum in the world has followed. Seriously, they've all held meetings or something to decide that every forum will use a white and blue theme. It's not that bad, but you know how I feel about bright backgrounds. They suck. Especially on sites where you have to read a lot. If you're not using a dark reader, you'll see sunlight. But the rest of the site is pretty well laid out. There's nothing unconventional about it, but it's generally well organized.

A favorite feature of Hot-Board.net is the fact that you can browse this shit without having to create an account. It's a pretty low bar, but you'd be surprised. Most places are walled off, like North and South Korea. There's no access. There's no login. But here you can download content, browse topics, and do all sorts of useful things. I still like to lurk, so I don't mind much if registration is closed. As long as I can download videos of sexy college girls getting fucked, I'm happy.
